    we use menudo mix for our version of menudo.so that our friends will cook this the easy way and make delicious menudo..i respect mexican menudo..im sure is delicious too..i do hope i can try your version..masarap pa din ang menudo namin hehehe.thanks for the post!

    That is sooo true. Don’t use menudo mix or POTATOES OR GARBONZO BEANS!!! Use hominy! 1 starr! Viva Mexico! And Menudo is MEXICAN!!
